James Cooper is a British writer-director based in London. With a background in Japanese language study, James spent three years in Japan, where he filmed his latest short The 5 O’Clock Chime - which is currently on the festival circuit. His work has featured in The New York Times, DAZED, and GAYLETTER and has been supported by funding from Arts Council England and Channel 4’s Random Acts.
