James Cooper is a British writer-director based in London. With a background in Japanese language, James spent three years in Tokyo, where he filmed his latest short film The 5 O’Clock Chime.
His work has featured in The New York Times, DAZED, and GAYLETTER and has been supported by funding from Arts Council England and Channel 4’s Random Acts.
